Hoffman Introduction Day
We are now running Introduction Days throughout the year to give you a real insight into the Hoffman Process and how it can help you get the most of your life.
It is also a great 'stand alone' workshop for curious people who wish to learn more about what the Hoffman Process offers without commiting to the course themselves. This can be especially useful for partners/family members of people who have completed the Process. It allows them to find out and understand what their loved ones have experienced.
About the Day;
If you'd like to find out more about the Process and get a flavour of the tools and techniques, then come and join Hoffman staff and teachers and see if this could be perfect for you.
More extensive than the monthly Information Evenings, this day offers an opportunity to experience the Hoffman methods, engage with some practical tools and gain more insight into the positive and negative aspects of your life.
If you are a Hoffman graduate you could use this event to introduce friends, family or colleagues to the Hoffman Process. They would need to book their place but you can come along to support them for free. For non-graduates the fee is refundable if you go on to do the Process within 12 months.
The Hoffman Process explores the relationship between the 4 aspects of ourselves: the intellect, the emotional self, the body and the spirit. Throughout this interactive day, you will learn tips on how to maintain harmony with these. From this you will have a better and deeper understanding of how to incorporate the Hoffman Process into your life.
Cost: £85.00 per person
Venue: The Art Workers' Guild, 6 Queen Square, Bloomsbury, London. WC1N 3AT
Time: Starts from 9.00am - 5.30pm
If you'd like to find out more about the Hoffman Process, we run various different workshops and events throughout the year. Our monthly Information Evenings and Info Phone Ins are free to attend and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.
We also run Relationship Workshops for Couples and Individuals for those looking to work on specific issues in their lives. Or if you're a parent then you might be interested in our Parenting Workshops or our Teenage Workshops. All of these events can be attended whether you have done the Hoffman Process or not.
