Life Skills trainer Mary Jo Radcliffe started her convent training at the age of 17 and was a Catholic nun for 25 years. When she made the difficult decision to leave, the task of adapting 'to ordinary life' was a daunting one, compounded by chronic health issues and the reaction of her family. Mary Jo's extraordinary journey eventually led her to the Process.

'How has Hoffman changed me? I now live with much deeper awareness and insight as to my patterns, both positive and negative. I’m more able to stop myself falling back into destructive ways of being, though I still need to catch myself. I now live more freely and with a greater depth of feeling...

To meet fellow travellers was such a precious, supportive and encouraging experience. I remain profoundly grateful to my group who accepted me, regardless of age. I believe going with an open mind, heart and soul ready to give oneself fully to the Process can be life-changing and is ageless...'

We're so grateful to Mary Jo for sharing her Process Story with us. You can read it here .
* When a Process is on a wait list, a place may still become available. Ring the office on +44(0)1903 88 99 90 for more info.
We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been in touch to ask when the UK Hoffman Process will be back up and running, and express our gratitude to attendees whose course dates were cancelled due to lockdown, and who have been so patient in working with us.

We've also been working closely with our venue Florence House (pictured) on ways that we can start to offer a bespoke, risk-assessed version of the Hoffman Process that aligns with UK Government advice. With a reduced number of participants to allow everyone single accommodation, logistical changes to allow for social distancing, a ramped-up cleaning schedule and less physical activity, we're optimistic that we have a way forward.

Our next two dates are running a Wait List * , but we have availability for the dates below onward. You can register online by clicking the orange link and paying a £500 deposit. Our enrolment team will contact you, and if it turns out that the Process isn't right for you at this time - or is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control - we'll refund your deposit in full.

October 3-9: Available
October 17-23: Available

The Hoffman Essentials is a new series of online workshops that provide you with tools for life. Each workshop offers taught sessions with solo exercises, visualisations and activities away from the screen.

The Hoffman Essentials is offered via Zoom in a one-day or two-day format – the longer the course, the deeper the immersion. Both will introduce you to Hoffman techniques and practices that you can take away and use immediately.

Workshops are limited to 14 people and led by two members of the Hoffman team.

Next two-day Essentials: Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 August

Time: 7:30pm-8:30pm (UK time). Log in from 7.15pm

To register, simply email enrolment@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk and we'll send you full instructions and the meeting ID.

You're also welcome to call the Hoffman office during office hours on +44(0)1903 88 99 90 and a member of the team will be happy to speak with you.
Join our new Conscious Connecting Relationship workshop.

You are welcome to attend this workshop whether you are in a relationship or not and you do not need to have done the Process to attend

Numbers will be limited to 24 participants, and
spaces allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Platform : Zoom
Time: 9.15am-5.30pm (with breaks)
Price: £96 per person.

We may be working remotely, but the Hoffman enrolment team is still available on the phone or via email , and happy to answer any questions you might have about the Process.

A one-to-one assessment call gives you time to discuss what happens on the course in detail, and also to decide whether it's right for you at this time. If you do then go on to register, you're already a step ahead!

The calls are completely confidential, and you don't need to have registered for a course to book a slot.

Call us on 01903 88 99 90 or email enrolment@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk and we'll take it from there.
