Three of the effects of the Process which participants say never leave them is a heightened awareness, a deeper connection to the natural world and much easier access to their own creativity - all of which adds up to a more enjoyable life.
Living with greater awareness opens you up to synchronicity; you're also able to spot opportunities that may previously have passed you by - a life lived in black and white suddenly takes on vibrant colour. We often hear from Hoffman graduates who've taken up fulfilling hobbies such as art, singing or creative writing. Some have even changed their career; solicitors have become photographers and account managers have morphed into yoga teachers.
The reactions of those who feel the 'call of nature' on the Process range from joining the Ramblers Association to trips up the Amazon, so it's not surprising that Hoffman graduates run into each other in far-flung places. Two who did exactly that were conservationist and safari guide Don Young and author and nutrition expert Patrick Holford. They met in Kenya, a creative spark ignited and new doors opened. Read more below.
If you'd like to awaken your creativity and enjoy some synchronistic encounters you can find out more about the Process by joining our Introduction Day on Saturday May 10th or our Phone-In on Tuesday April 22nd. You'll be able to speak to people who have done the course as well as Hoffman teachers who will be glad to answer your questions. You can also book on our spring Relationship Workshops for individuals and couples.
If you're a graduate please join our support call - Wednesday April 16th on Living in Merged Families.
Wishing you a creative month full of new opportunities

Hoffman Article - Interview with Patrick Holford Back to Top

Chance Encounters - Wild at Heart
After author and nutrition expert Patrick Holford did the Hoffman, he found a new passion emerging. Having spent years studying human nature he now felt drawn to explore nature herself; specifically the vast breathtaking landscapes of Africa.
As so often happens when we follow our hearts he met a kindred spirit (and fellow Hoffman graduate), Don Young, who has spent much of his life as a conservationist and safari guide. The outcome of their chance meeting is both creative and inspiring.
'Don told me that although he had explored the wild realms of Africa and Asia and devoted his life to the study of human origins, he suddenly realised he had neglected the most important voyage of discovery - his own inner life. For him, the Hoffman Process was the beginning of an incredible journey of enlightenment. We got on like a house on fire, a relationship that was cemented when .... How to Survive Being a Teenager - Tuesday April 8th Back to Top
|
Being a teenager can be a very confusing and challenging time. One moment they can feel on top of the world and the next it's all doom and gloom and "No one understands me!" Let's face it; we've all been there!
To support teenagers in this phase of their lives, Hoffman have designed a 1-day workshop that aims to offer teens a 'toolbox for life', a range of transferable skills that will assist them to navigate the transition into adult life more smoothly. The workshop draws on a range of established teachings including using the Hoffman tools to support them with the challenges this phase of life can bring friends and family.
