Plant a seed of friendship; reap a bouquet of happiness.

Reconnection Day, London - September 13th
Join us for this inspiring day at the Artworkers Guild in Central London. From 10-4.30pm we're offering a space for Hoffman Graduates to reconnect both within themselves and with each other.

Part of the day will be spent outside (weather permitting) getting in touch with that slow, gentle Process rythmn. Participants also review how they have integrated the Process into their daily lives, sharing tips and benefits.

This is about understanding how the Process can shape your everyday experience, hearing how it has changed others as well as yourself and your own relationships. It offers a chance to see your own progress and set new goals.

You're welcome to go either with your Process buddies or family members who have done the Process or to go alone and make new friends with like-minded people.

Cost: £80. Call the office to book on: +44 (0)1903 88 99 90

Q2 - 3 Day Refresher. September 26-28.
Are you ready to remind yourself of that post process feeling? Then treat yourself to three days at Florence House in Seaford, East Sussex.

From Friday 9.30am to Sunday 4.30pm we'll be riding that familiar rollercoaster to release any old patterns and bring back joy and laughter.

Cost: £575 includes accommodation and materials. £200 deposit to secure your place. Please call the office to register on: +44 (0)1903 88 99 90.

This is always a popular course, so please book your place early

This year we'll be getting together on Sunday 21st September. Past years have included tug of wars and face painting so bring your partners and children too.

More details to follow in our September newsletter.

Hoffman Director Tim Laurence was recently asked to comment on the current climate of economic gloom and doom by the Glasgow Sunday Post. Here is an article extract and the link below take you to the full version.

Glasgow South MP Tom Harris caused outrage recently by asking why Britons were 'so bloody miserable'. Accused of being out of touch he said: 'The point I was trying to make wasn't about the day-to-day and short-term economic problems. It was about an environmental, cultural, almost spiritual problem we have in this country where materialism and possessions just aren't cutting it.' Daily Mail Friday June 20th.

The Office of National Statistics estimates that 1 in 10 British adults suffer from depression at any time. From my experience at the Hoffman Institute there is a level of low-level misery which affects even more than that. Every day we hear from people who say the colour has gone from their life but they're reluctant to start taking Prozac or other anti-depressants.

Many of us grow up accepting and conforming to the values of our family and society. It's easier that way, as we fit in and feel accepted. But the longer we compete in the materialistic rat race the more likely it is that we look in the mirror one day and we don't like what's staring back at us!

As we mentioned last month, You Can Change Your Life is now out in its SEVENTH language!

Published by La Llave it has now reincarnated in Spanish as El Proceso Hoffman giving us the potential for introducing another 332 million readers to those who have found the Process through the book. Since last month's newsletter went out it's now available to order online - just click here

ĦQue maravilla!
