Hoffman graduate Michael Kehlet shares his Process story
A beautiful home, a loving, supportive wife, and a career on the up with the LEGO Group - from the outside, Michael Kehlet's life seemed to be perfect. But something was holding him back from happiness:
'For months and months I’d been trying to convince myself how incredibly fortunate I was. Trying to persuade myself that, while so many others are hit by cancer, car accidents or the death of those they love, I was acting like a complete idiot, not appreciating my good fortune. But even the darkest hours were not enough to make me change…until the day I took an honest look at myself and my family and realised how much my negative thoughts and patterns were impacting my two sons...'

New recipe book from Hoffman grad Jasmine Hemsley
When bestselling author, cook and TV Presenter Jasmine Hemsley travelled through India and Sri Lanka, it ignited a passion for Ayurvedic cuisine that inspired her to write a recipe book.
'On the Process I watched everyone around me transform in a matter of days - everyone looked younger, the weight of the world off their shoulders. I left with a sense of lightness too, a deeper sense of knowing and understanding of myself and my roots, as well as the challenge set to me by the tutors to go forth and be daring. So here it is, my first solo cookbook, something very daring indeed!'

Reconnection Day - this Sunday!
Reconnection Days offer Hoffman grads the opportunity to reinvigorate their Process experience. Maybe you're at a crossroads, feeling disconnected or just missing out on that 'Hoffman vibe' - in just one day, it’s possible to revitalise and refresh yourself with Hoffman tools to support you to make positive life changes.
Date: Saturday 2 December
Led By: Senior Hoffman Teacher Sam Cotton
Time: Arrive at 9.30 for a 10am start. We'll finish around 5pm

Light up the night at our Hoffman Party!
On Saturday 16 December, leave your Intellect at home, wake up your Emotional Child, wrap your Body up warmly and head out with your sparkly Spiritual Self to join fellow Hoffman grads at our ‘just-happens-to-be-around-Christmas’ party.
Catch up with your group and meet new grads - you never know who could be waiting for you under the mistletoe! If you have a friend who hasn’t done the Process, they are welcome to come along and join in the celebration too.

Time: 6.30pm-1.00am

Make friends with stress
If stress is a necessary part of your life, make friends with it. Listen to the reassurance of the Intellect rather than the panic of your Emotional Child.
Or try this tip - go and buy a houseplant. Houseplants aren't just beautiful air purifiers; researchers have found that simply being around plants can induce your relaxation response.
