Can Hoffman help relationships?
In this month's Natural Health Magazine Susan Montpelier talks about her experience of the Hoffman Process. Tired of relationships with what she describes as 'emotionally abusive cads disguised as charmers', Sarah decided to put Hoffman to the test. Did it work?

'Resolving issues that result from some aspect of your childhood is paramount to your understanding of - and the cure of - your individual neurosis. Unless these issues are resolved we are destined to live reacting to life unconsciously, trapped in that reaction that radiates from the little child who was misunderstood or, in many cases, physically abused. That child cannot escape, but as adults we can - in our own ways we really can become heroes. We can learn to break the patterns that are handed down through generations and save both our own lives and those of our children.'

Next Process in the UK: June 19th-26th Kent

Is the Hoffman Process for you?
Many of you tell us that Information Evenings are really helpful in deciding whether the Process is for you; yet London may not be convenient. So we're now offering monthly information phone-ins. Last month's was really lively with all the callers having a chance to ask questions and some interesting input from previous Process participants.

Call in from wherever you are in the world and join UK Hoffman Director Serena Laurence, pictured here, from 7.30 - 8.30pm BST for our June Information phone-in. Serena, together with Hoffman Teachers and probably some previous Process participants, will cover such questions as:

  • How can you tell if the Process is right for you?
  • What changes can you expect following the course?
  • How do you continue the benefits of the Process once it's over?
  • What are the long-term benefits?
  • You can just listen in or, if you have a question, we'll be delighted to help. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions about the call.

Can't make this date? Next call is Tuesday July 7th 7.30 - 8.30pm

Our hugely popular Hoffman Supervising Teacher, Loreen Visser, is coming over from Australia to teach the July 10th -17th Process in Kent. Hoffman Graduates can catch Loreen at Closure on Thursday July 16th.

Whilst Loreen is over she's offering a very special four day residential course at Quenby Hall in Leicestershire, pictured left.

Running from July 23rd to 26th, Transformed Self is a course designed for twelve participants with two teachers. It offers a highly personalised experience within a group structure. The course takes you through core shames issues and into your essence using a method which is highly compatible with the Process.

'With Transformed Self, Loreen Visser has created something of unique and exceptional power. I attended the first UK course in the spring of this year and was deeply moved and empowered by the experience.' Ben Shuckburgh, Hoffman Supervising Teacher

N.B. This is not bookable via the office, as it is not a Hoffman event. Anyone is welcome to attend.

    The Key to Compassion
Do you ever feel judgemental of yourself or others? Well that makes you human! Judgement separates us from love and connection, so if you'd like to restore the flow, join us on Wednesday June 10th.

Led by Esme Page, one of our most experienced UK Hoffman Teachers, this call is ideal if you've finished your Post Process Support Groups and want to reconnect to the Process tools. We'd also welcome Hoffman Graduates who have been 'out of the loop' and would like to refresh their perspective. In short - if you've done the Process, wherever you live - this one's for you!
