Is the Hoffman Process for you?
So many of you tell us that Information Evenings are really helpful in deciding whether the Process is for them; yet London may not be convenient for you. So we're now offering monthly information phone-ins. Last month's was really lively with all the callers having a chance to ask what they needed and some interesting input from previous Process participants. Call in from wherever you are in the world and join UK Hoffman Director Serena Laurence, pictured here, from 7.30 - 8.30pm BST for our May Information phone-in. Serena, together with Hoffman Teachers and probably some previous Process participants, will cover such questions as:
You can just listen in or, if you have a question, we'll be delighted to help. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions about the call. Can't make this date? Next call is Thursday June 4th 7.30 - 8.30pm |

Hoffman Graduate and founder of Optimum
Nutrition, Patrick Holford, brought out
a new book recently to support releasing
addiction. Whether it's a culturally
acceptable addiction such as alcohol or sugar or
more illicit substances, they affect our
brain in the same way. His book outlines the
12 keys to 'unaddicting' your brain,
including how to repair your brain with
anti-oxidants, how to rebuild it with
essential fats, getting a good night's sleep
and raising endorphins naturally. Patrick is
currently offering workshops on addiction and
weight loss - click below for details.
Nine years after doing his own Process, Patrick still recommends it highly for supporting addiction release and finding emotional balance. In the 'Get your Past out of your Future' section he says: 'The Hoffman Process helps those who have given up their addiction but who have not filled the spiritual void that made them reach out for a substance or activity in the first place. The Process allows us to heal the addictive nature of our personality by concentrating on a forgiving and loving relationship with ourselves and an acceptance that we are good enough as we are. It crosses the fine line between psychology (healing the psyche) and spirituality: getting back in touch with our bigger self or soul.' |

UK Hoffman Director Tim Laurence is leading a
workshop at this year's Mind Body Spirit
Festival in
London Victoria SW1 on May 21st
11.30am-3.30pm.
Designed primarily for those new to Hoffman, Tim shows the four steps to lasting change. They combine a heightened awareness with methods of expression and forgiveness which move us powerfully into a new way of living and being and make those changes last. For those who have done the Process, this is a fun reminder of the essentials of Bob Hoffman's work at a considerably more relaxed pace than your Process! |

Huge congratulations to Andrea Anstiss for
qualifying as a Hoffman Teacher - a journey
not undertaken by the fainthearted! Asked
what prompted her to do the training Andrea
said:
"I wanted to extend the work I was already doing in the Middle East to reach a greater number of people. I loved the integrity of the organization and the completeness of the training. The support I received on the training was incredible both from the Hoffman Trainers and my family." Her greatest challenge was being a guinea pig for a new distance training model introduced for training teachers living outside the UK. We can only thank her for helping us iron out the creases in our prototype... Asked what she was looking forward to most right now, Andrea confessed that regaining her tennis standard and helping her son through his GCSEs were short term goals followed by a ski-ing holiday in New Zealand. We look forward to seeing her refreshed and fully-fledged at future Processes. |

NEW - Frequently Asked Questions about the
Support Call "The call gave me a 'kickstart' which resulted in a very revealing elevator tool that I did later that evening which made a lot of sense. It also helped me feel less isolated which was brilliant."Alison

Refresh Your Vision - May 15th-17th at
Florence House
If you'd like to get back in touch with your Process experience and apply some of the techniques to your current life, this is the weekend for you. Remember that you can do this weekend with other family members who have done the Process and it's also a great place to connect with other Graduates. Last couple of places left as this goes 'to press'! "The Q2 was a wonderful experience. I expected it to be just a revision exercise and a reconnection, but it took the whole process to a greater depth" Helen, Aberdeen |
