Booking terms
Confirming a booking will be taken as acceptance of these Terms of Business.
If you have any questions before agreeing to the Terms of Business, please contact the Hoffman Office on 01903 88 99 90.
The Hoffman Process is an 8 day intensive course, the outcome or success of which is entirely dependant on the applicant's full participation. Therefore the applicant accepts the rules, conditions and instructions for the duration of the Process, which, for psychological reasons, are an integral part of the course.
Particularly:
Drugs and other stimulants like alcohol have to be avoided for the duration of the course. The Institute must be notified of the use of prescribed medication before the course commences.
-
Smoking is not allowed in any working or indoor areas.
-
Outside interference or contact should be avoided if possible, to include phone calls, emails, texting and radio or television.
-
To benefit from this course, it is essential that applicants participate in all its stages.
-
The applicant has no right to insist on single accommodation or to choose with whom they share a room (accommodation is shared with persons of the same sex).
-
The applicant is obliged to truthfully declare any and all mental psychiatric or psychological conditions when their contract is signed.
-
In addition, the applicant must declare whether they suffer from (or believe they suffer from) any infectious diseases.
-
Any false declaration or claims will relieve the Hoffman Institute of all responsibility.
-
The applicant accepts the basic structure of the 8 day Process offered by the Institute and acknowledges that there is no reason why participation in the course would be deleterious to them or result in any later harm.
-
The Institute offers no guarantee of success with physical, emotional or mental complaints, nor does it promise improvement in the applicant's general well-being. The applicant takes on full responsibility for his own participation in the Process and for all the results.
-

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO COURSES BY THE HOFFMAN INSTITUTE:
The applicant's participation in the course may be cancelled or terminated at any time at the Institute's sole discretion. In this case any payment will be refunded to the applicant.
The Hoffman Institute will make every effort to provide the programme agreed. However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel the venue or date of a course, for any cause beyond our reasonable control. If the course is cancelled, the applicant may transfer their registration to another course or receive a full refund of all monies paid to the Institute. Our liability will be limited to that refund and the Hoffman Institute will not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.
COPYRIGHT AND AGREEMENT OF PROPRIETARY MATERIALS:
Applicants will be required to sign a standard form acknowledging the proprietary nature of materials, concepts and information used in the Hoffman Process and agreeing not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy course materials (in whole or in part) without written permission from Serena Laurence, Managing Director.
RELEASE FORM:
On the first morning of the course, applicants will be presented with the Hoffman Institute's standard release form.
