This is the band-aid you can use in situations where you notice a pattern coming up when it might not be practical to do the longer form of Recycling.

This is a simple action that helps shift your energy. It is an acknowledgement that you are aware you have a pattern coming up and are making a choice to shift it. Can you remember what your de-energiser is? It may look like brushing the pattern off your shoulder, sweeping it off the palms of your hands, flicking it away, blowing it out of your body, whatever you like, and whatever works for you.

De-energising is not the same as the full recycling and should only be used as a stop gap. Recycle the pattern when you are able, and then take in the authentic alternative regularly to help you anchor the new behaviour.
