We hope that you enjoy these relaxing audio tracks, recorded by Supervising Hoffman Facilitators Eliza Meredith and Matthew Pruen. You can listen to them whenever you’d like to relax, ground, check-in, re-energise – or just drift into a deep relaxing sleep.
It’s best to choose a quiet place where you’re unlikely to be interrupted by phone calls or other distractions; somewhere you can switch off and tune in completely. Please don’t listen to them while driving.
Quadrinity Check-in
The Quad Check allows us to connect in turn with each of our four aspects – Body, Intellect, Emotional Self and Spiritual Self – and to interact with and honour each part of our Quadrinity through that connection. Practiced consistently, it becomes a powerful way of consciously understanding what’s actually going on for us when we’re feeling ‘out of balance’ and a mighty tool to bring to bear when we’ve any internal conflict.
