Welcome to your Graduate Virtual Intensive
You have been sent this link to make your journey to the Graduate Virtual Intensive as smooth as possible. You might want to bookmark this page, because it’s where you should find everything you’re going to need to be fully prepared for your three-day workshop.
Your first step is to complete the online Pre-course Work form, by the date mentioned in your registration email. This pre-course work is designed to help you reflect on what has changed for you since the Process, and start to identify the issues you would like to focus on during your three-day Intensive.
The next step is the read our suggestions for creating a supportive environment for your virtual experience. Please note that you may need to make some preparations and order some small items in advance, so please give these sections your attention in plenty of time before your start date. For information about timings for breaks and lunch during the workshop click here.
Please find here a link to Spotify where we have created a playlist for you to use when we are doing the cathartic work on the GVI. This works best if you have a Spotify Premium account as there won’t be advertisements. If you don’t have a premium account you could purchase the tracks from iTunes and create your own playlist. At a certain point in the workshop, the facilitators will ask everyone to open iTunes or Spotify and play the tracks at the same time in order that we are all in sync together. This allows you to adjust your own volume levels to suit your environment (or play through your headphones) rather than disturbing the neighbours!
After the last GVI, a couple of people suggested we shared some of the Florence House recipes. If you want to have a reminder of the nutritious food that you ate at Florence House you could prepare some of these dishes to eat during lunch breaks on the workshop.
In the side bar of this page you will find all the documents and resources you need to prepare for the workshop. The workbooks will be added nearer the course date.
Please call us or email us if you have any problem downloading or understanding them. You can copy and paste the information into a document so you have all the information to hand.
