The Hoffman Process at The Vedanta

This Process is now full and on a wait list. If you would like to be added to the wait list for this course, we ask that you register for a future Hoffman Process that still does have availability and mention your preference for this date’s wait list on the booking form.

If a wait list place for this specific Process does not become available, you can then either choose to apply the deposit you have paid to a future course, or to have it refunded in full.

Once your deposit is received, the Hoffman office will acknowledge your registration and email you with an enrolment form.

On the form, you’ll be asked to suggest some times for a phone or WhatsApp call with a member of our enrolment team. This call enables us to ensure that the timing is right for you to attend, and helps us understand a little more about about why you want to do the Hoffman Process and what you would like to get out of it. It’s also a chance to ask any questions you might have. We will run through information about the lead-up to the Process and how to prepare yourself for the week. In certain circumstances we may suggest you delay to a later date or offer to refund your deposit.

Registering for a Process date

• The 2025 Hoffman Process fee for participants staying at The Vedanta is £4,000. This includes single accommodation with an ensuite bathroom and all meals throughout the seven days.
• This Process starts on Saturday 25 January with registration at 9.00am. Dinner and accommodation on Friday 24 January is included in your booking to allow you to arrive and settle in before the course starts. If you do plan to arrive on the Saturday morning, please allow yourself plenty of time to check-in and register.
• The Process will finish on the following Friday, 31 January, at 2.00pm. We recommend that you take a day or two immediately after your Process as a further time of retreat if possible. If it’s helpful, we can provide you with a list of local accommodation suggestions.
• A balance payment of £3,500 (the full fee, minus the £500 deposit you initially paid to register) will be due three weeks before the start of the course. Information about payment options, including staged payment plans, is available here.

• We advise that you read our Terms and Conditions fully before reserving your place and, if coming from overseas, suggest that you do not book any non-refundable travel until after your phone consultation with the enrolment team has taken place.

The Hoffman Process is accredited for CPD. If you or your business are VAT registered and you are attending the Process as part of your Continuous Professional Development, you may also be able to claim VAT back as a business expense.
