Our Hoffman Tool Masterclasses are led every month by members of the Hoffman UK facilitator team.

Each class lasts for 90 minutes and shines a spotlight on a specific tool, technique or practice. Enhance your existing understanding of key Hoffman practices and gain practical suggestions you can take away and use to keep your Process learning alive.

Two aspects of our Quadrinity live in the present: the Body and the Spiritual Self; whereas the Emotional Self and Intellect go forward and backward in time, fretting about the future and regretting the past. Explore what pulls you off-centre and how to come back to the present time – where life and love are actually happening – through tuning in and nurturing your Body / Spirit connection.

Confidentiality is important in these Masterclasses so that all participants feel safe to be fully self-expressed and (if desired), to share their experiences. By registering for this event, you agree to not discuss any other participant’s experience or anything that another person shares in a way in which that participant can in any way be identified – this includes the sharing of post-event recordings. You also agree not to audio or video record any portion of the session and, wherever possible, to keep your own camera switched on in order that we are all visible and present to each other. We ask that you join from a private, quiet place at home or at work where you will be not be interrupted or overheard.
