Process in Practice: Thursday 22 May: The Dark Side with Eliza

Our Process in Practice session for May will be led by Eliza, who’ll be taking a practical look at the art of discernment and fine-tuning our awareness when it comes to the Dark Side and its subtle manoeuverings. The Dark Side is driven by fear and the need to stay safe, while our Spiritual Self acts from love. With vision, presence and self-love, you can meet your Dark Side with compassion and build resilience to its messages, coming back to yourself again and again.

Cost: £15, which includes an audio download of the session
