Our Process in Practice session for June will be led by Supervising Hoffman Facilitator Ruth Martin.
Grace is the capacity to be kind and forgiving toward yourself or another in the midst of suffering. In this 90-minute session, we will focus on active compassion and forgiveness practices that create resilience and a deeper connection to your Body, Emotional Self and Spiritual Self. Connected to your inner resources, you can set boundaries and take actions as an integrated Quadrinity when it comes to handling uncomfortable situations on your Right Road.
Date: Tuesday 17 June
Time: 7.30-9.00pm (UK)
Led by: Supervising Hoffman Facilitator Ruth Martin
Cost: £15, which includes an audio download of the session
All Hoffman graduates are welcome, no matter when or where you did the Process. Feel free to share this event information in your Process / Q2 WhatsApp groups.
