Spring Workshop in London: 22 and 23 March: Early Bird

Let it out. Breathe it in…

Join us on 22-23 March 2025 for a very special two-day Hoffman Spring Workshop, led and curated by Serena.

This non-residential weekend in London will offer an exciting opportunity to explore what happens when we combine Hoffman tools from the Cycle of Transformation with powerful techniques from the wider therapeutic landscape.

Serena will be joined by Hoffman graduate and breathwork facilitator, Liza Al Sady (We The Conscious®) and composer and soundscape therapist Angela ((Sound Mirror)). Together, they’ll co-create a unique and immersive space for your Spiritual Self to shine, by experiencing a series of bespoke breathwork sequences and specially-created soundscapes, interwoven with familiar Hoffman work.

Breathwork and sound healing move us out of our intellect and into our body, emotions and spirit, those spaces of innate intelligence, curiosity, and love.

Over the two days:

• You’ll start by asking your Intellect to review your Left and Right Road choices – where are you now, and what’s getting in your way?
• Learn Conscious Connected breathwork techniques, to process, express, release and silence your Dark Side chatter
• Surrender to a beautiful soundscape session and treat your Body to an individual ‘bowl to body’ experience, to rebalance and regulate your nervous system
• Look to the future, using Hoffman tools to strengthen your connection to your Spiritual self, your vision and commitment to life on the Right Road

The intention is that you will leave refreshed, unburdened and with Spring in your step… The perfect reset for your Quadrinity.

The practicalities

Venue: Soma hŌṃe, Studio 4, 231 Stoke Newington Church Street, London N16 9HP
Timings: 9.30am – 5.00pm (arrive from 9.20am)
Price: £600 per person. *** Early Bird price of £500 available until 5.00pm Friday 28 February ***

Please note:
This weekend is non-residential. There are limited spaces available, so book your Early Bird place to avoid disappointment.
We will send out an email in advance with guidance on what to wear and what to bring to support you on the day.
Lunch is not provided, but there are restaurants and cafés available close by on Stoke Newington Church Street.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is important in this workshop so that all participants feel safe to be fully self-expressed and (if desired), to share their experiences. By registering for this workshop, you agree to not discuss any other participant’s experience or anything that another person shares in a way in which allows that participant to be identified. You also agree to record any portion of the session.

Cancellation

If you have booked a place on The Hoffman Spring Workshop 2025 and are unable to participate, please contact us immediately by emailing graduates@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk or by phone on +44(0)1903 88 99 90. If you wish to cancel more than two weeks before the start date, you may be offered a one-off transfer to another Hoffman course or a refund of your course fee (if a wait list is in operation). If you cancel within seven days of the course start date, we reserve the right to refuse transfer or refund.
