'Three years after completing drama school, having worked as a jobbing actor alongside every other side job imaginable, I was gazing into the abyss. I’d been at the theatre with one of my closest friends and any sliver of joy I had left was gone. I stared over the edge of Waterloo bridge, devoid of hope, questioning whether life was really worth the trouble...

The Process week was the first time in my life that I truly felt I was allowed to be who I was, to be accepted and loved just as I am. It was wonderful. I didn't need to change anything about myself to be loved. I could just be - and that was enough. For the first time it occurred to me that 'maybe I'm worth saving' and ‘maybe it could actually be possible’. It gave me faith and hope that I could build a future that I could really look forward to. That maybe life isn’t this dark, unforgiving sentence but instead something that could be joyous, peaceful and even magical.'

We're big fans of Psychologies magazine in the Hoffman office, so were delighted that their editor in chief, Suzy Walker chatted to Serena for a Facebook LIVE chat on Wednesday 28 October. You can watch their 20 minute interview here.

During the interview, Serena mentions the value of doing a daily Quad Check, and a link to a recording on our website - you can find that here. You'll also find links to two other free audio downloads that we hope you'll enjoy.

If anything in the interview sparks questions for you about the Process, the Essentials or Hoffman in general, Serena will be happy to answer them via Zoom at our next Introduction webinar on 10 November.

Alternatively, you can call the office during UK office hours and chat with a member of the team. The number is: +44(0)1903 88 99 90

Thanks again to Hoffman graduate Sophie Goddard for sharing her Process story in last month's Cosmopolitan magazine. The article is now available to read online, so if you haven't already seen it, here's the link. Enjoy!
Our relationship with money can be as turbulent as any other. But the good news is that Hoffman tools can help.

What were the patterns you learned around finances in your childhood? What were the fears you learned there? Is guilt around saving or shame around spending blocking your flow of abundance?

Join Stella Horgan to examine the narrative your childhood self received around money, and how that could still be shaping and defining your financial life today.

This webinar is open to all - you don't have to have done the Process to attend. A recording of the session will be sent to all attendees.

Date: Wednesday 25 November, 2020
Time: 7.30-9.00pm (UK)
Cost: £15 per person

The Hoffman Essentials is a two-day online workshop that provides you with tools for life. Featuring taught sessions, solo exercises, visualisations and activities away from the screen, the weekend will introduce you to Hoffman techniques and practices that you can take away and use immediately, without having to commit to a full seven-day retreat.

Workshops are led by two members of the Hoffman team, and numbers are limited to provide a small and safe environment.
As well as a pre-course call and post-course follow up, all participants on The Hoffman Essentials will receive a £100 discount voucher towards a Hoffman Process booking.

Upcoming dates:
21 & 22 November: For more info and to book, click here*
12 & 13 December: For more info and to book, click here*

We are currently running Early Bird discount offers on both of these workshops. For more information, click here
'This is a chance to explore and learn some fantastic life tools that really work. 48 hours later, I have used several of them in my daily life and worked through some tasks I have been avoiding for weeks and months.'

All are welcome to join our fortnightly Introduction to Hoffman Zoom sessions, led by Hoffman Managing Director Serena Gordon (pictured).

These evenings offer the chance to find out more about the Hoffman Process, the history of Hoffman, and an overview of the tools and techniques. The Zoom session is informal in tone, and if you've got any questions about what happens on the Process or The Hoffman Essentials, you can either ask them in person or via the chat box function.

Time: 7:30pm-8:30pm (UK time). Log in from 7.15pm
Platform: Zoom

To register, simply email info@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk and we'll send you full instructions and the meeting ID.

You're also welcome to call the Hoffman office during office hours on +44(0)1903 88 99 90 and a member of the team will be happy to speak with you.
The Hoffman enrolment team is available on the phone or via email, and happy to answer any questions you might have about the Process.

A one-to-one assessment call gives you time to discuss what happens on the course in detail, and also to decide whether it's right for you at this time. If you do then go on to register, you're already a step ahead!

The calls are completely confidential, and you don't need to have registered for a course to book a slot.

Call us on 01903 88 99 90 or email enrolment@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk and we'll take it from there.
