'My parents moved to London with me and my four older siblings when I was a few months old. My father’s work, which had brought us there, meant he wasn’t around very much, so my early life revolved around my mother, school and friends. When I was nine years old, my father was keen for us to reconnect with our own culture and return to our homeland, Saudi Arabia, while my mother preferred that we continue our education in London. At this point, a rift occurred that had major repercussions.
My father ultimately took me and my three other siblings who were still in school back to Saudi, and we weren’t allowed to have contact with our mother for the next five years. That early disconnect was the root of many problems that would manifest themselves in various ways in the coming years...'

As lockdown gradually starts to ease and we can start emerging from our homes, you might well be thinking about what life in ‘the new normal’ is going to entail.
What comes up for you as you think about seeing members of your family and socialising with your friends? How are you feeling about going back into your workplace, visiting pubs or going out to dinner? And what patterns are getting triggered? Perhaps not good enough, comparing, self critical, fear of the unknown, procrastinating... maybe many others.
On the Process, we teach a very simple but powerful tool of transformation called Recycling. Just as you may regularly recycle unwanted household items, you can recycle unwanted patterns into positive alternative ways of behaving.
Those who have done the Hoffman Essentials are invited to join us for our April webinar to explore Recycling, and learn how to transform those unwanted patterns – a spring clean you can continue to use through all the seasons.
Led by: Supervising Hoffman UK facilitator, Jeremy Kynaston
Time: 7.30-9.00pm (UK time)
Cost: £15

Led by: Jeremy Kynaston and Serena Gordon

If you're interested in signing up to a Hoffman Process later in the year, our friendly enrolment team is available on the phone or via email, and happy to answer any questions you might have.
A one-to-one assessment call gives you time to discuss what happens on the course in detail, and also to decide whether it's right for you. If you do then go on to register, you're already a step ahead! The calls are completely confidential, and you don't need to have registered for a course to book an appointment.

We are now accepting bookings for the residential, socially-distanced, 7-Day Hoffman Process at Florence House, Sussex from May onward.
We have reduced the number of places on each course to 18 participants, allowing for appropriate social distancing and single accommodation for all attendees. There have been some practical modifications made to the course logistics to ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to; other than that, the Hoffman Process content remains the same. Our courses are filling up fast, so early registration is advised.
