'Attending the Process really clarified things for me. I would describe it as a ‘springboard to a new life’. Prior to the course, I was living in London and working as a full-time lecturer... Since then I have moved back to Yorkshire to a smaller community and decided not to teach full time and instead focus on my creative development.
Before Hoffman, the execution of the musical form of this project felt stuck. My voice literally felt restricted. Following Hoffman, and the expressive work in particular, much of this cleared and I was able to evolve the project into a live visual album through a creative retreat with Britten Pears Arts trust in Suffolk in the summer of 2022.
I have a strong vision of how my life, relationships, and career can continue to benefit from my nurturing of my creative aspects, and I now trust my Spirit to guide me and put me on the right path... I’m now less driven by fear and more by positive potential...'

There are still a few last-minute places available to join Emma Ferguson, Mairi Russell and Matthew Pruen at our Spring Q2 from 11-13 March.
Remember how powerful it was on the Process to take dedicated time from your day-to-day life to really put attention on yourself? Our three-day Q2 offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the tools, the Hoffman community and, most importantly, your Quadrinity. For Q2 at Broughton, there will also be the opportunity to spend some downtime at wellbeing centre Avalon outside of your taught sessions.
Click on the orange links below for more info and to book. You can attend with a partner, family member or friend, as long as they are Hoffman graduates as well.
11-13 March 2023: Broughton Sanctuary, Yorkshire
29-31 July 2023: Charney Manor, Oxfordshire
4-6 November 2023: Broughton Sanctuary, Yorkshire
We asked two participants from our last Q2 at Broughton if they'd be happy to share a few words about their experience there. You can read what they told us here

Using the Hoffman Q2 as a basis for the facilitated work, but at a gentler pace, each day also allows for an afternoon break where you can choose from a range of optional wellbeing activities or just take time to relax and self-resource in peaceful, natural surroundings.

Sessions cost £100 and last for an hour. You're welcome to work with any facilitator, even if they weren't on your Process. You can book regular sessions up to a fortnight in advance.
'I did Hoffman in 2018, and spent the first few months feeling amazing! Then the stresses and frustrations of day-to-day life started to get in the way and after a year or two, I really began to understand why they call this work a 'Process'... Coaching has been a really useful way back in...'
