'I made it to the Process between lockdowns and it was an unforgettable experience. I was with people who didn’t blame, who didn’t judge, who just listened with compassion. Thanks to them, the facilitators’ sessions and the activities, I learned ways in which I could enjoy the present, move my life forward and appreciate what I am and what I have today.

As a child, when I’d tried to share my experiences, those around me were going through similar things, so I was told to shut up, stop moaning and get on with it. It was a weakness to show vulnerability. Self-deprecating humour became my way of coping. Today I’ve learned to recognise the kid in me to whom I can show the affection and understanding he always lacked. His anger and resentment used to determine my behaviour, but it can’t do that anymore.

A friend recently said that it’s as if a dark cloud has lifted from around me. I feel relaxed and more positive about myself and my future. People have commented that I don’t dwell on my past now and live more in the present. That makes me better company. There is no place for sarcasm and cynicism in my life any more.'

All are welcome to join our Introduction to Hoffman Zoom sessions, led by Hoffman Managing Director Serena Gordon (pictured) and members of the UK enrolment team.

These informal intros offer the chance to find out more about the Hoffman principles, the seven-day Hoffman Process, and the other online courses that we offer. If you've got any questions about what happens on the Process, The Hoffman Essentials, or our other workshops, you can ask them in person or use Zoom's chat box to remain anonymous.

The calls are weekly, on either a Wednesday afternoon at 4.00pm, or Tuesday evening at 7.30pm (UK).

To register, simply email info@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk and we'll send you full instructions and the Zoom meeting ID.
If you're interested in signing up to a Hoffman Process later in the year, our friendly enrolment team is available on the phone or via email, and happy to answer any questions you might have.

A one-to-one assessment call gives you time to discuss what happens on the course in detail, and also to decide whether it's right for you. If you do then go on to register, you're already a step ahead! The calls are completely confidential, and you don't need to have registered for a course to book an appointment.

Call us on 01903 88 99 90 or email enrolment@hoffmaninstitute.co.uk and we'll take it from there.
There are only a handful of Hoffman Process spaces at Florence House left for 2021, but Wait List spaces do still become available too, especially for people who are able to attend at short notice. Dates and availability are regularly updated on our website here.

We have reduced the number of places on each course to 18 participants, allowing for appropriate social distancing and single accommodation for all attendees. There have been some practical modifications made to the course logistics to ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to; other than that, the Hoffman Process content remains the same.
