Dancing to a Different Tune, by dance teacher & performer Jessica Goldman

To read Jessica's story in full, click here

'Walking into Hoffman the first morning, I expected a bunch of depressed people wanting to sort out their problems, and I can tell you that it was anything but that. This course is not only for people with problems, it's also for people who want more from life - people who are ready for the next chapter and who also want to age while embracing the wisdom that brings, rather than pushing it away.

I entered the venue to find 23 people from around the world aged 29-80 years old, and while we all started out as strangers, we now share a bond that's so special and intimate. I'd never in a million years have met these people without this experience and each person now carries a very special place in my heart, each adding something more beautiful than the next. We got to know each other without the small talk about what we did for a living, what they were putting in their kids' lunches or how they were decorating their house. It was the most refreshing and authentic experience I've ever had.'

Josh Cuthbert interviewed by Jamie Laing

To watch the episode, click here

Great to see musician, model and influencer Josh Cutherbert being interviewed on Jamie Laing's podcast Private Parts recently. Subjects discussed include what it’s like being in a boyband, men's mental health and Josh's experience of the Hoffman Process.

'Being honest, I thought I would lose my wife - that's the that's the reality of it. I thought if I keep going and keep acting how I am and treating her the way I'm treating her, I will lose her... I think it just got to the point where I had to do something drastic and that was that was the thing. Not having an hour therapy a week or something like that, that wasn't enough. I needed something intense to really reconnect with myself and realise the things in my life that mean so much to me. And I came out of that week and I just broke down to my wife and I was like 'I'm so sorry...'

Thank you to Josh for the shout out. You can watch the full interview on YouTube here or click here to stream/download. To find out more about Josh's work, visit his Instagram here

'Changed my life' - Russell Kane on How to Fail

Stream or download the episode here

Another Hoffman graduate being interviewed recently is comedian and writer Russell Kane. No stranger to podcasts himself (he hosts two series of his own), this time Russell's in the hot seat with 'How to Failhost, Elizabeth Day, who says:

'I think Russell is genuinely one of the smartest people I've ever interviewed and his mind functions at about three times the speed of everyone else's. It was a real honour to talk to him, especially because he's a fan of the podcast and came ready, willing and able to open up. His failures include his inability to relax, his 20s and his failure to be fully authentic. And, for the first time ever, he opens up about his experiences with self-harm, and how he finally sought help during one of the darkest episodes of his life. This is such a riveting and enlightening listen. Thank you so much, Russell.'

In the spirit of 'no spoilers' (thanks, Russell!), we won't share an excerpt here, but we will say a huge thank you for speaking about the Process so powerfully. You can find the episode to stream or download here (Trigger Warning, self harm).

New year, new dates, new Hoffman adventures!

For more info and to book, click here

Dates for the Hoffman Process in Spring/Summer 2023 are now confirmed and live on our website here. As well as spending more time at Broughton Hall in Yorkshire and Bore Place in Kent, next year we'll be introducing a new Process venue, Charney Manor in Oxfordshire.

Both Bore Place and Charney Manor offer single accommodation to all participants. Prices will vary slightly depending on venue and room option, but all venues will have a £3,700 booking option, which represents only a small increase on the current Process price. We'll also be offering a new initiative to run alongside our scholarship scheme, which will allow us to provide an increased number of discounted places. If that's something that you might be interested in, please call the office on 01903 88 99 90 (9.00am - 5.00 UK time) and we'll talk you through the details.

And if a friend of family member has done the Process and reminisces fondly about our East Sussex venue, Florence House, there's still time to book a Process there too before the end of this year - but be quick, as places are filling quickly!

'The group felt really safe and there was enough space for everyone to be heard that wanted to share, without the feeling of being rushed. The programme itself and the aftercare and the materials are so well thought through and really make the whole process incredibly rewarding. Thank you Hoffman!' ~ July 2022 attendee

Making Relationships Work: Couples Workshop in London

For info and to book, click here

Hoffman relationship workshop leaders Matthew and Emma Pruen have many years of experience in helping people keep their love lights shining. Their workshop for couples, Making Relationships Work, is designed for anyone wanting to develop their ability to enjoy life in their current intimate relationship.

This weekend workshop is in-person and non-residential. Couples do not have to have done the Hoffman Process to attend.

'I firmly believe all couples could do with the tools and language that we learnt on this course. Since doing the course, I've already used some of the models and modified my language which has helped resolve several daily mini power struggles with my husband. This is very different to how we used to communicate and I can feel the resentment dissipating. This course may well have saved our marriage! Thank you.' ~ May 2022 attendee

Date: Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 October

Time: 9.15am for 9.30am start. We aim to finish by 5.00pm

Cost: £600 per couple

Venue: St Luke's, Islington ,London
