Our Process in Practice Zoom sessions are led every month by members of the Hoffman UK facilitator team.
We’re all familiar with hearing the word ‘practice’ used with meditation, mindfulness or yoga and there’s a good reason for that. When we’re trying to learn new things, repetition helps promote neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to strengthen and rewire itself, and to build new ‘pathways’ and connections.
If we practice something repeatedly, these new pathways in our brain get stronger and more efficient with each repetition. Lasting change requires ongoing commitment – you might even have heard the phrase ‘working the Tools’ used on your Process.
Process in Practice sessions take place live on Zoom from 7.30pm until 9.00pm (UK time) and are open to all Hoffman graduates, whenever and wherever you did the Process. Why not ask others from your Process group to come along too?
Click on the Info/Register link for a class in the table below to find out more and book. Each session will be recorded and you will be sent a post-event link to the recording, which will be yours to keep, even if you can’t attend on the day.
