Introducing the Hoffman coaching team
Below are short profiles of the members of the Hoffman UK facilitator team. When booking your coaching, you may choose to work with one of the facilitators from your Process or Essentials workshop, or choose to work with someone new. The choice is yours.
Our coaches will support you in identifying and developing strengths using Hoffman tools, as well as supporting your own inner guidance. They will provide you with greater focus and awareness of choice, and collaborate with you to support specific outcomes.

Cass Fairweather
Hoffman Facilitator
Cass is a senior relational psychotherapist (originally psychodynamically trained) and supervisor (UKCP). She has extensive experience of working in adult mental health within the NHS and in private practice. She works with individuals, couples, therapeutic groups and offers team building and reflective practice spaces. She is also as an internal family systems psychotherapist and yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher, which she weaves into her relational work. She loves being with family and friends and having downtime where she can retreat and be in community. Cass offers coaching online.

Chellie van den Bergh
Hoffman Facilitator
Chellie is a seasoned coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience in organisational and personal development. This encompasses team and personal coaching, culture change and leadership development. Chellie graduated from the Coaching, Counselling and Consulting Executive Programme at the University of Utrecht in The Netherlands. She’s been a member of the Hoffman Institute UK since December 2023. She loves family life, museums, cooking and connecting with friends.

Eliza Meredith
Supervising Hoffman Facilitator
Eliza has worked at Hoffman in the UK, US and the Middle East since 2005 as facilitator and supervisor. She has a Masters in psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute and is registered with UKCP. She is a long time member of the Diamond Approach, a contemporary spiritual teaching. A mother and grateful granny, she is passionate about what it is to be human and what makes each individual tick. She relaxes by gardening, walking, cooking, retreats and connecting with friends.

Julia Bodkin
Supervising Hoffman Facilitator
Supervising Hoffman facilitator Julia has been facilitating the Hoffman Process in Australia since 2016 and has now returned to her homeland and joined the U.K team. She has been working in the field of personal development and practicing meditation for all of her adult life. She has a psychotherapy degree, is a trained trauma therapist, a senior teacher of the DiamondLogos teachings, and has facilitated multiple and varied workshops and retreats around the world. Her passions include forest walks, meditation, winter swimming and travelling.

Roxy Hayde
Supervising Hoffman Facilitator and Director of Facilitator Training
Roxy joined the Hoffman team in 2018 and is a supervising Hoffman facilitator. She’s deeply passionate about the Process and its transformative effects. She has done numerous courses that inform her work with clients as well as groups including counselling training. When not on Process, she coaches clients and is also a Humanist wedding celebrant, (Roxy Celebrates Love – www.roxycelebrateslove.com) as well as being a part-time COO of a Culture Change company specialising in Diversity and Inclusion. She loves beach walks with her Cocker Spaniel in Brighton, where she now lives. She offers coaching online and by phone.

Ruth Martin
Supervising Hoffman Facilitator
Ruth joined the Hoffman UK team in 2019, having done her Process in 1996. As well as being a facilitator on the Process she is an experienced counsellor accredited with the BACP, and she offers both therapy and coaching. She has a diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling from Re-Vision and has also trained as a Mindfulness Teacher with the University of Bangor. With more than 25 years’ experience of mindfulness, she loves weaving Hoffman tools into mindfulness practices. She lives in a wooded valley in East Sussex with her family and other much-loved animals.
