The Hoffman Journal is a wonderful tool to use as you continue your Process. Created to commemorate twenty years of the Hoffman Process in the UK, many Hoffman grads have since told us that their Journal provides indispensable support every day of the year.

The Journal is packed with useful reminders of the Hoffman tools and techniques, as well as fun and challenging tasks to continue your Process experience.

To keep costs to a minimum, journals are dispatched 2nd class in the UK which is normally 2-3 working days. Please allow extra time over holiday periods.

Due to increasingly complex postage, customs clearance fees and taxes to destinations outside of the EU, we currently only offer the option to deliver with the UK as standard.
